Hawthorn & Folly - Romantic Platter

A Romantic platter with a slip-trailed decorative centre. The Hawthorn branches are decorated with a resist technique, which gives them a lovely graphic feel and contrasts with the hand-painted elements on the platter. 
The base colour is a turquoise blue, with Chromium green Hawthorn leaves and red berries. The central illustration is a painting of a pink folly with a woman and her whippet.
