International Orders during Covid-19
During the pandemic I have decided to send the majority of my international shipments via DHL Express* (small orders I can fit in an envelope I still send Royal Mail.) This decision was made due to post delays in these covid times. I find that DHL are the most reliable and safe way for my parcels to reach my customers, however it does unfortunately reflect in the price so I am sorry for the increase.
*Please note - some orders may arrive via a different courier, depending on the address. If you would like to receive more information before placing an order, please get in touch.
Orders will be posted within 2-3 working days of the order being placed (unless otherwise stated.)
All orders will be sent via Royal Mail, this varies depending on what is ordered from 1st class, 1st class signed for, Special Delivery or Parcelforce.
Worldwide shipping is available, however not all countries are listed at checkout, due to the fluctuating shipping costs. If your country is not listed on the shipping list at checkout, please email with your address details and a shipping quote will be emailed to you prior to placing an order.
Please take care when entering your delivery address before placing an order, I cannot be held responsible for any delays or undelivered parcels due to mistakes made on the provided address.
International orders can take time to arrive due to waits at customs clearance, however if this exceeds 20 working days, then do please do get in touch.
Any duties or tax’s charged at customs when sending overseas are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are unhappy with anything or if a parcel was damaged then please do get in contact via email to request a return. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted on orders that were placed directly through my online shop.
Items that are made to order such as my lampshades and wallpaper are non-returnable, so please be certain when placing your order.
Returns must be sent recorded postage and wrapped very well, using the original wrapping and box. If items are not in their original condition, or have any imperfection, then they are no longer saleable and a refund will not be possible. I recommend sending your parcel via an insured service in case if any damage if made on its return journey.
