Shipping & Returns

International Orders
majority of my international shipments are sent via DHL Express*
(small and low price orders are shipped with Royal Mail)
I find that DHL are the most reliable and safe way for my parcels to reach my customers.
*Please note - some orders may arrive via a different courier; this is dependant on the address. If you would like to receive more information before placing an order, please get in touch.
Orders will be posted within 2-3 working days of the order being placed (unless otherwise stated.)

All UK orders will be sent via 24hr Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL Express. This varies depending on what is ordered.

Internation Shipping 
Worldwide shipping is available, however due to the fluctuating shipping costs not all countries will be listed at the checkout. If your country is not listed on the shipping list at checkout, please email with your address details and a shipping quote will be emailed to you prior to placing an order.
Please take care when entering your delivery address before placing an order, I cannot be held responsible for any delays or undelivered parcels due to mistakes made on the provided address.
International orders can take time to arrive due to waits at customs clearance, however if this exceeds 20 working days, then do please do get in touch.
Any duties or tax’s charged at customs when sending overseas are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you are unhappy with anything, or if a parcel was damaged then please do get in contact via email.

Any damage is to be reported the same day as the item has been delivered, and photographic evidence and proof is required before any action or refund is to take place.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns are only accepted on orders that were placed directly through my online shop. 
Items that are made to order such as my lampshades and wallpaper are non-returnable,
so please be certain when placing your order. 

Returns must be sent recorded postage and wrapped very well, using the original wrapping and box. If items are not in their original condition, or have any imperfection, then they are no longer saleable and a refund will not be possible. I recommend sending your parcel via an insured service in case if any damage if made on its return journey.
Please contact me to request a return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
